emma louise sells out first & announces second melbourne show + 'supercry' tour supports confirmed

Due to overwhelming demand Frontier Touring is pleased to announce a second Melbourne show will be added to the Emma Louise Supercry Tour on Friday 18 November at Corner Hotel following the sell-out of the Saturday 8 October show at the same venue and rounding out a massive tour in Emma’s now home town.

Also confirmed are the support and openers for the Supercry Tour. Main support comes in the form of Fractures who will join Emma Louise on all shows expect for WA. Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist Fractures (Mark Zito) arrived on the scene in 2014 with the release of his debut self-titled EP. Since then he has released two stunning singles with ‘Reactor’ and ‘Alchemy’ and featured on Set Mo’s track ‘Comfort’.

Emma will be joined by a host of local openers including this year’s Triple J Unearthed High winner Gretta Ray whose song ‘Drive’ earned her the top gong. Ray will open Geelong and the first Melbourne show. Mezko will open in Canberra, Wollongong, Newcastle and Sydney; Lastlings in Gold Coast, Maroochydore and Brisbane; Auguste in Adelaide; Angus Dawson at the Fremantle, Perth and Bunbury shows and Nyck will open the second Melbourne show and final on the tour.

No stranger to the live stage, Emma joined Sam Smith as special guest on his run of sold-out arena shows last summer, picking up a bevy of new fans along the way. Emma also featured the festival circuit this year, touring the country on the Groovin The Moo and Splendour In The Grass.

Emma’s sophomore record Supercry scored the artist widespread acclaim including triple j Feature Album during it’s week of release and debuted at a very impressive #14 on the ARIA Album Chart. Her latest single ‘Illuminate’ has recently been added to full rotation on triple j and follows three stunning singles ‘West End Kids’, ‘Talk Baby Talk’ and ‘Underflow’.

With Emma Louise’s first Melbourne show now completely sold out and tickets for all other shows selling quickly, fans are urged not to hesitate.
