Brisbane, Queensland – The frostbitten heart of Australia’s extreme music scene beats louder than ever as the team from Cold Day in BNE announces its 2025 lineup for the festival’s third devastating iteration. On Saturday the 26th of July, Brisbane’s most savage underground punk & metal gathering will take over the Triffid, delivering a full-day onslaught of brutality headlined by Manchester’s death metal juggernauts Ingested. They’ll be joined by Brisbane’s hardcore-terrorists Shackles, Melbourne’s Algor Mortis, Gutless, plus many more.
Since its 2023 debut, Cold Day in BNE has cemented itself as Queensland’s essential extreme metal institution, the team work closely within the Brisbane scene to showcase the best of what it has to offer. Past lineups have featured Disentomb, Extortion, 50 Lions and Justice for the Damned, drawing a dedicated following of avid fans. The 2025 edition promises the festival’s most explosive lineup yet.
