Laughter Fitness is being held at a new venue this year.
St. Kilda Football Club Healthy Futures Hub
151 East Rd, Seaford.
Tuesdays 11am -12pm
Feb 6th to March 26th

The new venue St. Kilda F.C. Healthy futures hub is an incredible new space for everyone in the community. Natalie has had 10 years’ experience as a Laughter Yoga coach.
The current Laughter Fitness program developed from science-based research and experience, working and volunteering with community trauma groups, disability organizations, clients, age care facilities, corporate team sessions and a tailored teenage program at Frankston High School. The sessions provide multiple proven benefits.

The aim of Laughter Fitness is to enjoy building fitness with proven techniques.
The session is 45mins and 15 mins for questions, sharing research, how to incorporate exercises, laughter philosophy and relaxing activities into daily life, with optional social time after the session.

The inclusive sessions have fun activities that are done to participants’ own ability and are chair adaptable. Natalie keeps it interesting with new and regular exercises each week with deep breathing, stretching, movement with laughter and relaxing. The priority is having a good time and with regular attendance can create new habits for mental and physical wellbeing. The sessions are flexible attendance, pay as you go.
