Popular in Entertainment

Dear friends of Creativity Australia & With One Voice choirs,

You’re invited to try a choir for ‘Bring a friend’ week! This is your chance to experience the joy and connection that our members feel at every choir rehearsal. Read more below!

We’ve also had some amazing media features over the past couple of weeks, including on 7 News Melbourne and ABC Radio across the country!

Join a choir in 2025!

Try a choir!

We’re opening up our choirs all over the country, for anyone to try a choir! 97% of our members told us that they feel better after a rehearsal – this is your chance to experience it for yourself!

From the 17th-21st of February, 25 choirs around the country will be opening their doors and welcoming newcomers.

Newcomers often find it daunting to try choir for the first time. Bring a friend week is our invitation to take the first step and get out of your comfort zone. You’ll be surprised how much choir improves your health and wellbeing!

In case you missed it: Happy Together!

Last month we launched our new National Video Project: ‘Happy Together’ by the Turtles! The video features singers from all over Australia, and has now passed 11,000 views! Check it out here 🎶

In the media

It’s been a big couple of weeks for WOV in the media! Our ‘Happy Together’ video was featured on 7 News Melbourne, and three of our amazing conductors have been interviewed on ABC Radio!

Sue Doherty, Community Leader!

Sue Doherty has been the coordinator of WOV Greater Dandenong for 15 years, and is the absolute heart and soul of the choir. That’s why we were absolutely thrilled when she won the Community Leadership award at the local council’s Australia Day awards! Click here to read an article about Sue and her amazing volunteering efforts!
