In the glass a slight green tinge around the rim.

In the mouth, this Chablis has a good balance between fruit and a pleasing acidity.

The palate has a creamy texture and a clean, mineral freshness. 

In all fairness to this wine, I found it easy to drink.

Maybe the fact it was a half bottle, but it seemed to disappear far, far too quickly.

I enjoyed this wine with fresh shelled Prawns, from the Sth Melbourne market.

the Rot has set in.
