My gal Teags and I got tix to the opening night of previews to see As You Like It and and arrr maaaa gaaaaah it was nek level proper fun. Shakespeare can sometimes be hard to follow, but the cast are so effing amazing that in the long scenes where you’re almost guaranteed to get bored, they bring out all the stops so you’re nothing but engaged. We decided to get seated tix because secretly we’re both 95, but for Act II we stood in the groundlings section which had mucho #goodvibes. There’s four Shakespearean shows being performed, -two comedies and two tragedies (much like my life). My goal is to see them all and as I’m currently desperate and dateless,.. if you buy the ticket, I’ll provide dessert. CHICKA BOW WOW.
But seriously, I’m in the midst of a drought. Help me
