Keep it Simple looks to nurture your eating habits, giving you the chance to keep a balanced diet and maximise time spent doing the things that are more important to you.

“As our name suggests, we’re here to make things simple for you by cutting out the nonsense and giving you nutritious, wholesome foods that will save you time and much needed energy. Our vision is to create a world where eating healthy is normal, where dietary requirements are not requirements but values that we live by and where eating healthy is a fun, beautiful & sensory experience.
After many years of working the #corplyf, founder Shani Timms struggled to find simple & healthy options to eat. Often lunch breaks would spent searching for the healthiest option, only to find a boring old salad that costs upward of $20. Or catering at lunchtime meetings would be a tray of dry and stale gluten free sandwiches. She knew something had to change and there had to be a better option… Alas, Keep It Simple was born, a one stop shop for prepared meals, healthy catering for corporate lunches, meetings or events. No more boring food, only beautiful food – made deliciously simple.”
