Fraudband play a one-off Melbourne show to launch both their US split LP and Japanese released album. The band is joined by very special guests, Japanese label mates, 20 Guilders.

Fraudband will be joined on stage by special guest Paul Kidney (Paul Kidney Experience), reprising their collaborative performances during their Japanese tour together earlier this year. Also, UK visual artist, Paul Rodgers(infinite decimals) will provide improvised visuals for Fraudband’s set.
 
20 Guilders is the Japanese acid-folk duo of Tabata Mitsuru, (founder of Boredoms / Acid Mothers etc) & Junzo Suzuki. They are here for their debut Australian tour and support Fraudband after the two bands completed an 11-city tour of Japan earlier this year.

Other supports include fresh locals Competition Team and the excellent Light Magnetic (new band for members of The Scientists / The Paradise Motel etc)

PBS DJ Chris Pojama Pearson (Po-jama people) will be vibing this event throughout the evening from the wheels of steel

Mick created TAGG - The Alternative Gig Guide in 1979 with Helmut Katterl, the world's first real Street Magazine. He had been involved with his fathers publishing business, Toorak Times and associated publications since 1972.  Mick was also involved in Melbourne's music scene for a number of years opening venues, discovering and managing bands and providing information and support for the industry. Mick has also created a number of local festivals and is involved in not for profit and supporting local charities.
