Drawing on his book titled The Fear Bubble: Harness Fear and Live without Limits, Ant’s new live show will see him expand on previous discussions around mindset and explore the revolutionary concept of the ‘Fear Bubble’— a technique that has allowed him to harness the power of fear and turn it into a positive force. Fear gives Ant his edge, empowering him to seek out life’s challenges — and he wants to show you how you can do the same.

From his time in the special forces to his role as chief instructor on SAS Australia, to his recent K2 climb, Ant constantly sets himself challenges to keep evolving. During the show, he’ll share powerful anecdotes from his storied career and provide the tactical takeaways that can put you on the path to victory, no matter the challenge.

Ahead of his upcoming Australian speaking tour, Ant said: “I am excited to be returning to tour Australia and New Zealand to talk about The Fear Bubble! I want to share with you how to exponentially grow a stronger mindset, develop your emotional intelligence, and build your mental resilience.  The Fear Bubble is a strategy that I have used throughout my life… and one that you can use too.”

About Ant Middleton

Ant Middleton has become a much-loved master of extreme adventure and a true leader of positive mindset, spurred by his formidable career in the UK’s elite forces, including the Marines, 9 Parachute Squadron and Special Boat Service. Joining the armed forces at the age of 16, Ant earned the position of a point man/lead scout as well as a primary fires operator and sniper, before eventually earning a place in the Special Forces Selection, achieving the ‘Holy Trinity’ of the UK’s Elite Forces.

With an insatiable appetite for adventure, Ant has fronted many hit shows from Mutiny, portraying a re-enactment of Captain William Bligh’s famous ‘Mutiny on the Bounty’ to survivalist programme Escape, centred on placing skilled engineers in precarious situations, whereby they must use their skills to escape their predicament and get to safety. 2019 saw him conquer one of the biggest feats known to man, Mount Everest, in the show Extreme Everest. Whilst getting trapped in an unexpected, life-threatening storm, he seeks to understand the attraction of such a popular, but dangerous challenge.

In Straight Talking, Ant has taken stars such as Liam Payne and Rebel Wilson on thrill seeking road trips to really get under the skin and get to know his guests like no one has ever done before.

Since 2017, Ant has regularly toured sold out venues in the UK and beyond with his inspirational live shows. He also runs ‘Mind Over Muscle Day Camps’ and the ‘Mind Over Muscle Festival’ supporting individuals to realise their full potential.

Ant’s publishing has reached record heights in recent times. His four non-fiction hits including First Man InThe Fear BubbleZero Negativity and Mental Fitness have all been Sunday Times Best Sellers, earning him gold status at the Nielsen Awards, and Ant’s latest release, The Wall, was published in September 2022. Ant’s debut fiction thriller, Cold Justice, was named debut thriller of the year.

Ant will soon add another impressive role to his repertoire: movie star. He is set to make his acting debut in Shelter, a feature-length action thriller film that begins production this July.
