In the glass: Pale straw colour with a watery ring around the rim.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe peach and lemon hinting toward lime.
In the mouth the faintest hints of wet stones that left the plate dry and wanting more,
there were flex of flinty minerals that I enjoyed along with the clean acid on the finish.
As pleasant as the wine was, there was a lack of body or texture.
I personally could not taste a long future or backbone to the wine.

Thank God I always have some sort of seafood in the fridge. This week it was a marinara mix of prawns, clams, calamari, and so on.
So, Spaghetti Marinara it was!
