LIMITED-RELEASE TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE DOOBIE BROTHERS SHOW IN MELBOURNE!

The Doobie Brothers are bringing their 50th Anniversary Tour to Melbourne and now you can buy an individal ticket to the show, rather than purchasing a Bluesfest Melbourne ticket.

The Doobie Brothers sold out three shows in a matter of weeks in Sydney, and now it is Melbourne’s chance!

The band are still smashing attendance records, and rightly so with some of the classic lineups still performing today – Michael McDonald has re-joined the band, and alongside Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston, and John McFee.

Their legion of fans will be able to experience a coming together of what many may call “THE CLASSIC DOOBIE BROTHERS COMBINATION”. Check out some reviews below:

“Even without the tag of a 50th anniversary edition, this tour showcases The Doobie Brothers in peak form, with both their vocals – especially the scintillating harmonies that anchor “Black Water” and “Listen to the Music” – and musical dexterity undiminished. It’s an admirable feat considering the core players are all in their early 70s and lifelong road dogs”USA Today “After 50 plus years, The Doobie Brothers still offer what few bands rarely offer these days: lengthy setlists, ace musicianship, and a delicate mix of hard and soft rock that continually propels the band’s popularity”Glide Magazine

“The Doobies have now joined the rarified ranks of bands still touring after half a century. Many older fans still think of the Doobies as a band with two camps; the rocker Johnston led camp or the jazzy, soul inspired McDonald led camp. No worries, around 7,000 attendees had all the lead singers of their favorite songs present and in good vocal form, ready to rock and visibly having a great time doing so.” Syracuse.com
