Melbourne-based Meme-pop artist Guard brings his unique humour music to Northcote Social Club for a One Night Cringe Fest. Featuring a headline performance by Guard, DJ Sets & surprise Cringe performers (TBA), this will be a night like no other.

Gearing up for his second album, Guard recently released lead single ‘luvbomb’ & accompanied music video. Drawing inspiration from his own mental health journey, Guard cites musical influences as BANKS, The XX & The Weeknd. After self releasing his 2020 debut album ‘The Idendified Patient’, Guard took some time to focus on his songwriting prowess – gaining recognition in the Hyperpop online community, for his writing for cutting edge artists Slayyyter, That Kid, Chase Icon & LIZ.

Featured in publications such as PAPER, Billboard & V Magazine, Guard aims to bring his niche brand of cringe humour paired with introspective meme-pop music to the attention of the world. With support in Australia from the likes of Triple J & Triple J Unearthed, Guard has seen moderate success internationally for songs ‘Phantom’, ‘K Bye’ & ‘Pineapple Crush’.
