THIS WEEK

TALK TO ME is a stunning directorial debut from Australian duo DANNY & MICHEAL PHILIPPOU aka RackaRacka, follows a group of friends who discover how to conjure spirits using an embalmed hand. It truly is thrilling and dishes out some refreshingly real cracker scares!

‘Something all too rare: a good, scary and original movie.’ – Jordan Hoffman, The Messenger.

On its way to making 1 billion dollars at the box office, GRETA GERWIG directs this year’s most beloved, and most talked about, cinema experience. Starring Australia’s own MARGOT ROBBIE as Barbie and RYAN GOSLING in the performance of his life time as Ken.
A doll living in Barbie Land is expelled for not being perfect enough and sets off on an adventure in the real world.  This is a smart, sassy & very funny take on the cultural icon. BARBIE OPEN CAPTION SESSION WED 9TH 1:15PM & SAT 12TH AT 11.15 AM

NEXT WEEK & SOON

Acclaimed director Christopher Nolan is back with the story of American scientist J. Robert Oppenheimer and his role in the development of the atomic bomb. See this IMAX filmed feat on our humble TPH screen.

The film stars Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Florence Pugh, Matt Damon, Rami Malek and Kenneth Branagh, the film is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book.

The itinerary of a Junior Stargazer/Space Cadet convention (organised to bring together students and parents from across the country for fellowship and scholarly competition) is spectacularly disrupted by world-changing events.

‘Wes Anderson’s cosmic grief comedy is one of his very best movies yet.’ – David Ehrlich, INDIEWIRE

This feature documentary follows the wild ride of MICHAEL GUDINSKI over five decades as he forges his own maverick path consumed by his ambition and enduring passion for Australian music.

The film features personal accounts from Gudinski himself, exclusive interviews with the some of the world’s most influential artists, rare archival footage and an electrifying soundtrack.

The debut director CELINE SONG crafts this year’s most exquisite, nostalgic and moving cinematic experience. Nora (Greta Lee) and Hae Sung (John Magaro) two deeply connected childhood friends, are wrest apart after Nora’s family emigrates from South Korea. 20 years later, they are reunited for one fateful week as they confront notions of love and destiny.
