on my mind – mental health and wellbeing workshops for the music industry

Register now for the second instalment of On My Mind Support Act’s free online workshop series – exploring the ins and outs of mental health and wellbeing for musicians, crew and other workers in the Australian music industry.

Our inaugural instalment, Don’t believe everything you think, was a hit and we hope that you’ll join us for Sitting With The Hard Stuff, where you will learn how to identify and sit with difficult emotions and not be ruled by them.

Led by a provisional psychologist, researcher and former full-time musician, Ash King, each On My Mind workshop is interactive and delivers evidence-based information and practical wellbeing strategies for participants to use in everyday life.

Sitting with the hard stuff starts at 3 pm on Thursday 13 August and run for 90 minutes. Workshops will be delivered via Zoom and places are limited.

Register now and join the Facebook event to engage in the conversation.

On My Mind is presented by Support Act and delivered with support from the Australian Government through the Office for the Arts
