Australia’s favourite duo Brooke McClymont and Adam Eckersley are getting ready to hit the road and entertain audiences up and down the country on their 2024 UP DOWN & SIDEWAYS TOUR proudly housed by Prime Edge Caravans! The tour was named in recognition of their latest album release which is the foundation for 5 Golden Guitar nominations for the iconic 2024 Tamworth Country Music Festival and 2023 ARIA Best Country Album and debuted at #1 Australia’s all-genre ARIA album chart!

Brooke and Adam are passionate about connecting with their live audiences and will be bringing the energy to this extensive tour of over 30 dates across 4 states. They’re focusing on regional communities as the heartland of country music, keeping it real and convenient for fans.

To celebrate the launch of this fantastic tour and the kick-off show at Blazes Showroom Wests (25 Jan as part of the iconic Tamworth Country Music Festival), tickets purchased prior to the 20 December for the Blazes Show will go into a draw with ticket holders having the chance to join an ‘EXCLUSIVE Preshow hang’!  Fifteen lucky winners and their guests will be hosted by Brooke and Adam at Blazes for an intimate preshow experience with soundcheck, drinks, snacks, and a good time. So, they’re bringing a taste of their hugely popular ‘Hang at the Wang’ to Tamworth to get the tour started!

The pair’s songlist will include popular award-winning songs ‘Star of the Show’ and ‘Memory Lane’Country Music You and Beer’ and appropriately named latest single ‘What are you Waiting For’ along with songs from their highly successful album and some new music to provide a winning mix for audiences.

It’s been an amazing year for these talented artists with 5 nominations for the 2024 Golden Guitar Awards and triumphant wins at the 2023 Golden Guitar Awards, the successful release of their ARIA-nominated album and a sold-out season of ‘Hang at the Wang’ (Click here).  They’re looking forward to getting back on the road in 2024 and engaging with fans!

Brooke McClymont is one-third of the top-selling, award-winning Australian country music trio The McClymonts. With over 200,000 album sales, 40 million streams, two ARIA Awards, fifteen Golden Guitar Awards, one CMA (USA) Award, one APRA Award and five #1 ARIA Country Albums, the McClymonts are a dominant female group in Australian country music with major success from hits such as ‘Kick It Up’, ‘Wrapped Up Good’ and ‘I’ve Got This’.

Adam Eckersley has won five Golden Guitar Awards: the first in 2015 for New Talent of the Year; and then in 2016 in the Group or Duo of the Year category with The Adam Eckersley Band whose 2014 debut album, The First Album, debuted in the Top 5 on the ARIA Country Chart, with The Second Album debuting at #7 the following year. Adam has also been recognised for his songwriting, winning the APRA Award for Country Work of the Year (2015), and receiving an Honourable Mention in the International Songwriting Competition in 2014.

Mick created TAGG - The Alternative Gig Guide in 1979 with Helmut Katterl, the world's first real Street Magazine. He had been involved with his fathers publishing business, Toorak Times and associated publications since 1972.  Mick was also involved in Melbourne's music scene for a number of years opening venues, discovering and managing bands and providing information and support for the industry. Mick has also created a number of local festivals and is involved in not for profit and supporting local charities.
