RocKwiz’s Really Really Good Friday celebrates 10 years of rock ‘n’ roll shenanigans at Arts Centre Melbourne

RocKwiz’s Really Really Good Friday 2026 – Hamer Hall, Friday 3 April 2026

RocKwiz’s Really Really Good Fridayreturns to Arts Centre Melbourne’s Hamer Hall on Friday 3 April 2026 celebrating ten years of live shows at the iconic venue.
The team behind the cult live music trivia television show RocKwiz, Julia Zemiro , Brian Nankervis, Dugald the Human Scoreboard and the sensational RocKwiz Orkestra reunite to celebrate their tenth anniversary of on stage shenanigans.
High-profile musicians, comedians and some unpredictable audience members will take to the stage for fan favourite segments, Who Can It Be Now?, Million Dollar Riff and the Furious Five, as well as singalongs and riff-fuelled surprises created especially for evening.
When we were sitting around backstage after a RocKwiz show discussing the strange quiet and melancholy of our youthful Good Fridays, I don’t think Julia, Dugald, the RocKwiz Orkestra and my fellow producers would have guessed that we would spend the next ten years finding celebration and joy through music and comedy at Art Centre Melbourne for our Really, Really Good Friday shows.
We are determined to make this 10th anniversary show one to remember, with our usual mix of high profile and up and coming artists, Comedy festival performers and audience members. As someone said to me recently during our 2025 tour, ‘There is absolutely nothing like a RocKwiz Live show!'” said RocKwiz Quizmaster, Brian Nankervis.
True to tradition, the evening’s special guests will remain a closely guarded secret until the night. Previous guests have included Leo Sayer, Kate Ceberano, Kutcha Edwards, Kate Miller-Heidke, Judith Lucy and Kitty Flanagan.

Brian Nankervis will be scouting the Hamer Hall foyer before showtime, quizzing fans for a shot at on stage debut and handing out easter eggs along the way.

With a stellar line-up of special guests and ten years of memories to celebrate, this Good Friday will be a
Really Really Good Friday to remember.

★★★★★ “What a night!” – Theatre People
“The show is cleverly put together – with spontaneity its core asset – which allows the infectious laugh-a-minute fun to continue unabated” – Arts Hub
“Let’s pray this gig becomes an annual event, as synonymous with Easter as the Good Friday Appeal or boiled cod and gluggy white sauce.”  Australian Stage review from the inaugural performance.
