GRAND WAZOO has just ONE more Public Show this year, so don’t miss it!

Legendary 13-piece Grand WaZoo – Kings of Soul returns to Bird’s Basement for another Soul Music Extravaganza, that will have you grooving in your seats, while taking you on a scintillating ride down memory lane.
GRAND WAZOO has been Australia’s premier purveyors of classic Soul Music, with 10 musicians and 3 singers, providing the most authentic and entertaining Afro-American Soul Music experience outside the USA, since 1981. The band performs outstanding arrangements of the timeless songs & dance tunes from the golden 60s-70s era of soul, along with band songs in that same big brassy style. And not only does Grand WaZoo sound musically wonderful, but it also looks the part, with a multi-generational, multi-cultural line up, with wide appeal to all ages.
Featuring stellar soul singers, Wylie J Miller, Anastasia Aspeling + Walter Saluni, you’ll savour the iconic tunes of the likes of Wilson Pickett, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Tina Turner, Martha & The Vandellas, Earth Wind & Fire, Al Green, James Brown, Otis Redding & many more!
Do yourself a favour: round up your friends, share on your socials and secure your tickets NOW. This will truly be a special night to remember!
We’d love to see you there!
