The Beryls are getting ready to take their original show ‘The Pageant’ to the sunny shores of Queensland in July and we couldn’t leave you out Melbourne so we are putting on two very special shows at The Catfish just for you! A matinee and an evening show!
The Pageant is “the beauty pageant to end all beauty pageants” and is a satirical, darkly funny comedy set at a children’s beauty pageant that goes terribly wrong.
Backcomb that big hair, glue on the giant lashes and prepare to snatch that crown! Your hosts Victoria Beauvoir and Roger Seahorse are on a mission to bring children’s beauty pageants to every Australian town and Melbourne – it’s your turn. Leave your name, age and gender identity at the door because The Pageant is a world unto itself.
