For the deep listeners, Hasvat Informant crafts a dark and delicate techno experience. Based in Naarm/Melbourne, the producer and DJ draws dancers into intricate rhythmic worlds, thriving in intimate club settings where he can lose himself in the booth and the dance floor.
With a background as a sound and light technician, his sets are a homage to immersive dance floor moments and formative teen club experiences. A self-taught artist and a regular on Amniote Editions, Hasvat Informant begins each track by exploring a distinct timbre, anchoring his productions in sonic discovery. Now, he expands his creative horizons, venturing beyond rigid bounds of genre, all whilst balancing studio time with local and international performances.
