MG Live and Frontier Touring are excited to announce British artist JERUB will be joining Victor Ray for his East Coast Australian tour.

Victor Ray’s highly anticipated debut performances will kick off next week at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Wednesday 2 April, before heading to Melbourne’s Prince Bandroom on Friday 4 April and The Triffid, Brisbane on Saturday 5 April.

Tickets for all shows are on sale now via: frontiertouring.com/victorray

An authentic storyteller with a heartwarming take on pop and indie, JERUB is an artist you want to get to know. Born in Nigeria before moving to Nottingham aged 10, the rising artist first made an impact in 2021 as a finalist in BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge Introducing talent search, standing out from over 10,000 entries and receiving praise from members of the judging panel including Arlo Parks and Tom Grennan.

JERUB had a breakout moment in May 2023 when he performed at The King’s Coronation Concert alongside Vula and Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics orchestra. He then went on to appear at UK festival’s The Great Escape, Latitude, Live at Leeds, Soho House Festival, and Dot to Dot. A 30-date tour of UK and Europe followed as JERUB supported esteemed musician JP Cooper, and with it his international fanbase grew exponentially

JERUB’s debut Finding My Feet EP was released in May 2023 with focus track ‘There Till The End’ being chosen as the BBC R1 ‘Track of The Week’ upon release. Continuing his rise as one of the UK’s most promising pop talents, JERUB started 2024 on a high with the release of ‘What If’, the second single from his forthcoming EP due for release this April.

From first loves to heartbreak and deeply personal family history, Victor Ray is unapologetically honest in his lyrics. This autobiographical storytelling is evident in latest single ‘Hearts Break & People Change’, taken from his upcoming fourth EP release I WILL. (out April 11 via Decca Records/Capitol, pre-save here).

The new single marks the start of what is set to be another game changing year for Victor, who has already been selected as one to watch by MTV Push 2025, Amazon Music, The Independent, and BBC Radio 1 Future Artist of the Month in December.

Over 3 EP releases featuring standout tracks ‘Stay For A While’, ‘Comfortable’, ‘It Only Cost Everything’, Victor has accumulated over 150 million streams, 6.2 million social media followers, supported Teddy Swims on the European leg of his 2024 tour, and built a dedicated global fanbase.

Don’t miss these intimate debut Australian shows by two of the UK’s most promising rising stars, get your tickets now!
