This Thursday, MAY 5, JMQ Jazz Ensemble is delighted to feature veteran jazz singer, MARGARET MORRISON. at Golden Gate Hotel, 238 Clarendon St, South Melbourne, with special guest saxophonist, JIM GLASSON too.
Margaret has a long and colourful career reaching back to the 1970s, working and recording with many of Australia’s finest musicians, ensembles and big bands across decades, where she has enthralled audiences and earned the respect of her peers. JIM GLASSON is a fine saxophonist, who has worked with many of the finest bands since the 1980s. The other line up includes Margaret's favoured accompanist Michael Harding, alongside Ben Robertson- bass, Hugh Harvey- drums and John Montesante-trumpet. Tickets $11.
