MantraSounds Music & Yoga Festival is an event for community to experience a healthy lifestyle, peace, and happiness through Music and Yoga. It is a unique and extraordinary gathering unlike any other.

This inspiring event features many offerings including yoga, music, meditation, eating, get-togethers and more.  Together we will celebrate the healing effects of sound and Yoga with a variety of amazing musical acts and yoga classes, for all skill levels and ages.

Yoga

You are going to have different yoga classes to choose with different styles, instructed by top-notch instructors.  The styles include:

– Family Yoga with Natalie Almond. Fun for all the family.

– Emotional Yoga with Johnathon Dao. Free yourself from the emotions that hold you back.

– Qi Gong with Gregor.  This ancient Chinese practice of mindful movement will tap into your  natural energy flows.

Healthy Eating

Come and enjoy our delicious vegetarian meals and snacks.  With amazing Masala Chai from Tantric turtle cafe.

Music

Music has numerous benefits like cutting down stress levels, raising states of consciousness, changing moods, accessing different states of mind, developing the brain and useful in meditation.

Let your inner bliss shine while enjoying the Yoga and live music of our talented musicians. This festival will unite the community in a celebration of life through unique programs with experienced yoga instructors, musicians, chefs, and you!

Mick Pacholli

Mick created TAGG - The Alternative Gig Guide in 1979 with Helmut Katterl, the world's first real Street Magazine. He had been involved with his fathers publishing business, Toorak Times and associated publications since 1972.  Mick was also involved in Melbourne's music scene for a number of years opening venues, discovering and managing bands and providing information and support for the industry. Mick has also created a number of local festivals and is involved in not for profit and supporting local charities.
