the anti suicide play for men

After finding themselves stuck on the way to the after life, four worn out Australian men discover that their individual suicide attempts have miraculously failed. But if this isn’t the end then why are they stuck? The Gods never reply. But as time slows and as hindsight drags in a renewed hunger to live, these men come to believe that in order to return home, life expects them to do something first . . . But what?

Powerful but not bleak. Funny but not black. Raw but humanly warm the play is a true celebration of the beauty and resilience of men

There is no preaching, no false answers, and the fifth and one of the funniest characters is awkward silence.

“Theatrically the best thing I’ve seen yet in suicide prevention “
Pete Nicholls “Parents Beyond Breakup”
