TEXAS

ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM
JUMP ON BOARD OUT FRIDAY 21 APRIL
NEW SINGLE ‘LET’S WORK IT OUT’ OUT NOW

Texas are back with Jump On Board, a glorious new album from one of Britain’s best loved bands. Texas have made an absolute pop classic boasting the back to the dancefloor first single ‘Let’s Work It Out’ and the stone cold smash hit ‘Tell That Girl’.

Listen to ‘Let’s Work It Out’

Written and produced by Texas stalwarts Johnny EcElhone and Sharleen Spiteri in London and Glasgow, and mixed by Craig Silvey (Arcade Fire, Florence & The Machine, Noel Gallagher), Jump On Board is guaranteed to turn any dark skies blue. It’s the perfect antidote to these worrying times and will put a big smile back on your face.

“When music’s in your DNA, what’s gone in will come back out,” Sharleen Spiteri says. “Jump On Board has references of course, but it’s an up-front, modern-sounding record.”

Jump On Board is the first new Texas studio album since The Conversation in 2013. Having sold 35 million records worldwide, Jump On Board is set to reignite their flame.

“We feel refreshed,” Sharleen admits. “We definitely had a great time making this record. It’s time to jig it all up. It’s like a new beginning. This is the next part of our story, and we’re loving it.”

With songs as strong as the ten tracks on Jump On Board, who are we to argue.
