Frontier Touring are excited to announce the long-awaited return of critically acclaimed Austin rock ambassadors Spoon, performing two special headline shows in March. Last on Australian shores back in 2015, Spoon will perform in celebration of their highly-anticipated ninth studio album, Hot Thoughts – released Fri 17 March through Remote Control/Matador.

Spoon will return to Australia with founding members Britt Daniel (lead vocals/guitar) and Jim Eno (drums), along with Rob Pope (bass guitar, guitar, keyboards, backing vocals), Alex Fischel (keyboard/guitar) and Gerardo Larios (keyboards /guitar).

Fans are encouraged to act quickly to be amongst the first to hear tracks from new album Hot Thoughts performed live for the very first time.

Mick created TAGG - The Alternative Gig Guide in 1979 with Helmut Katterl, the world's first real Street Magazine. He had been involved with his fathers publishing business, Toorak Times and associated publications since 1972.  Mick was also involved in Melbourne's music scene for a number of years opening venues, discovering and managing bands and providing information and support for the industry.
