POPIFF Season 12 Begins + Tickets Now On Sale 🎬

Entries for Season 12 of the People of Passion International Film Festival officially closed today, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who submitted a film this year. We’re incredibly grateful to all the filmmakers who trusted us with their work.

Our final judging process is now underway. As films are selected, we’ll begin announcing them and gradually building the program for this year’s festival.

We’re also excited to share that tickets are now on sale for the festival screening at ACMI in Melbourne on May 30th, 2026.
You can grab yours here: https://tix.yt/D2W

This season we’re introducing a dedicated media area and a brand new media wall, so there will be plenty of opportunities for filmmakers, guests, and attendees to capture photos and celebrate the night.

And of course, the celebration doesn’t end after the screening — our official afterparty will be held at the Taxi rooftop, so we’d love for everyone to stay and continue the festivities with us.

Even if you didn’t submit a film this year, we’d absolutely love to see you there supporting the filmmakers and being part of the community that makes this festival so special.

If you post any photos on Instagram or Facebook, please tag us so we can share them!”
