The sixth season of the People of Passion (POP) International film festival is almost upon us, the Toorak Bowls Club is hosting this unique film festival, that has Independent films from Australia and overseas represented.
Opening night is a chance to dress up in your fanciest finery as it is an experiential event rather than just another film festival.
Festival Director Leanne Campbell said ‘I want people to look forward to attending because it is more than just sitting in a dark theatre watching films. I want people to have a fun night out and a different experience’

Arrive at 7pm to play lawn bowls while you wait for the sun to go down, or check out the snack bar which will have a small selection of cinema food, gourmet hot dogs, potato wedges, steam dim sims, nachos, pop corn.
