Led by a provisional psychologist, researcher and former full-time musician, Ash King, each On My Mind workshop delivers evidence-based information and practical wellbeing strategies to participants.

Don’t believe everything you think starts at 3 pm on Thursday 9 July and runs for 90 minutes. Workshops will be delivered via Zoom and places are limited.

Register now and join the Facebook event to engage in the conversation.

On My Mind is presented by Support Act and delivered with support from the Australian Government through the Office for the Arts
