WELCOME TO SUMMER

At Bondi Beach Public Bar we are dedicated to quality offerings and relaxed community hangs. Established in 2018, Public Bar is known for its casual cuisine, cold beer and coastal surroundings.

We have been through various incarnations and continue to remain anchored as your local – a modern town hall with the heart and soul of Bondi Beach.

Come in and experience the new Public Bar, just in time for Summer ’20. Bondi, this is your meeting place, we are everyone’s Public Bar!

INTRODUCING OUR NEW MENU
BY TOM WALTON

Executive Chef Tom Walton is a highly acclaimed, award winning chef who lives and breathes a passion for health and fitness, lifestyle and wellbeing. Tom’s food reflects our beachside location, serving casual fare made with high-quality ingredients.

Our new menu favours vegetables as much as meat and fish (if not more) and is everything you want to be eating this summer. It’s simple, honest cooking packed with big, bold flavour – driven by produce, prepared by sound and simple technique.
