I have been with the Toorak Times since April 2012. I worked as Senior Editor of the Toorak Times until 2023, when I retired. I now work as a special features contributor for both the Toorak Times and Tagg. I've been in the Australian music scene as a musician since 1964, and have worked in radio and TV and newspapers (when they were actually printed on paper) as well as working in the film industry, as the Film Unit manager on Homicide for several years. I also have extensive experience in audio production and editing.

This is the third and final part of the story of Baby Boomer Lindsay Field.

Lindsay continues his story of his life and adventures both as a lead cast member in Hair and his life in general in Sydney in the 1970’s.

We learn how another attack of Bell’s Palsy bought that part of his career with Hair to a very quick ending.

Yet out of apparent disasters, often wonderful things grow and Lindsay shares how a particular and special encounter leads him even deeper into his journey of self discovery, a journey that commenced in the 1970’s.

As his story unfolds we realise that there is a depth and gentleness to this man who takes the process of understanding himself as a most important one.

There are so very many stories to engage us, as an audience, and in fact so much of his story remains untold it begs a further talk in the future.
