listen to older voices: howard freeman – part 1
A younger Howard

This program was originally recorded in February 2015 and features the 3-part Life and Times story of 70 year old Baby Boomer, Howard Freeman.

Now if there is one thing the Baby Boomer generation is generally known for it’s speaking their mind and remaining active and Howard speaks for many Baby Boomers when he says “We aren’t finished yet”!

Howard is an outgoing, active and a deeply considerate man.

Not for him a life of contemplation and resignation, for him life is still very much contributing both to the Australian music industry that he has worked so hard to both develop and support and now in semi-retirement form the industry, he focuses a lot of his not inconsiderable energies into his local community.

His work in and for the Australian music industry began at the incredibly young age of four and his resume from that point on is, to say the least, very impressive.

Sit back and enjoy the story of Howard Freeman and while you do you are going to undertake both an interesting and highly informative journey through the Melbourne and Australian music scene.
