Kay-Lene is the head pastry chef at Tonka and Coda restaurants in Melbourne. Her dessert creations are inspired by the diverse range of flavours of her heritage, being born in Melbourne and raised in Singapore.

Kay-Lene will now have the opportunity to work across the world, learning from the best and bringing her new experiences back to the kitchen.
