100% Garganega, grapes from – 70 and 90 years old vines.

A fine wine experience that brings together minerals, with wonderfull sharp acid and a refreshing pallet cleansing finish. Leaving you wanting more.

The Nose:

Bursting with notes of wild flowers, hints of jasmine and yellow creamy peach.

On the Palate:

The wine is medium bodied and flavoursome, full of fruit, with mineral notes, and a wonderful acid line running the full length of the wine.

Pair with finger food, Parma ham and fresh cheeses & crackers on a cold Melbourne night in front of the fire.
