An Australian dystopian future: the world of THE WAY OUT

 

We’re in week two of rehearsals for The Way Out, delving into a thought-provoking future Australia, born from the mind of playwright Josephine Collins. This moving and relevant new play was developed through our INK program and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Our cast includes five much-loved Ensemble members; Kevin Hofbauer, Rory Kelly, Grace Lowry, Olga Makeeva and Dion Mills, and we’re delighted to welcome guest actor Sahil Saluja in his Red Stitch debut. Under the guidance of director Penny Harpham, they’re building an entire world around the hope growing from a little pub in regional Victoria.

Tickets now on sale for an extra matinee of Incognito at 3 pm on Saturday, August 12.

Mick Pacholli

Mick created TAGG - The Alternative Gig Guide in 1979 with Helmut Katterl, the world's first real Street Magazine. He had been involved with his fathers publishing business, Toorak Times and associated publications since 1972.  Mick was also involved in Melbourne's music scene for a number of years opening venues, discovering and managing bands and providing information and support for the industry.
