JUST ANNOUNCED – KASUNUEN RECORDS Turns 10 Second Show!!

Kasumuen Records couldn’t fit everyone in with just one show for their 10 year celebrations. So, a second show has been announced and this one is fully stacked with the only Melbourne show for an international headline plus exclusive only 2024 for New Estate and return from Japan show for Paul Kidney Experience. AND all this with $14+bf early bird tix for a very short time!!

The Kasumuen Turns 10 at Shotkickers show just announced looks like this:
Masami Kawaguchi’s NEW ROCK SYNDICATE – this band’s first Australian show for 5 years and their only Melbourne outing on this tour.
OFF // AXIS – the return of this underground supergroup with members of The Sand Pebbles, Plaster of Paris, HOSS etc These guys have played less than half a dozen shows and are a must see!
NEW ESTATE – playing their only Melbourne appearance for 2024, so much joy, so much fun!
PAUL KIDNEY EXPERIENCE – playing their first show since the recent, triumphant Japanese tour, they are in hot form!
BODIES – the band responsibile for the quickest selling record ever released by Kasumuen Records, they’re loud, they’re heavy, they’re fun!

This is all happening on Friday 2nd August at Shotkickers, Hight Street, Thornbury (opposite the 7-11).

SHEEP return with fresh tunes and new show!

90s grunge influenced SHEEP return with new tunes, as premiered on Triple R’s Respect The Rock here.
To celebrate the band has been invited to support stoner outfit Bongcleaner this Saturday night at The Last Chance Rock n Roll Bar
Sheep have toured internationally and honed their sound. The duo from Columbia and NZ formed in Melbourne just last year nd have hit the road running. Expect more news from them soon!

Mick created TAGG - The Alternative Gig Guide in 1979 with Helmut Katterl, the world's first real Street Magazine. He had been involved with his fathers publishing business, Toorak Times and associated publications since 1972.  Mick was also involved in Melbourne's music scene for a number of years opening venues, discovering and managing bands and providing information and support for the industry. Mick has also created a number of local festivals and is involved in not for profit and supporting local charities.
