JAZZ: Exciting JMQ Pre-Father’s Day Gig at Water Rat

Mick created TAGG - The Alternative Gig Guide in 1979 with Helmut Katterl, the world's first real Street Magazine. He had been involved with his fathers publishing business, Toorak Times and associated publications since 1972.  Mick was also involved in Melbourne's music scene for a number of years opening venues, discovering and managing bands and providing information and support for the industry. Mick has also created a number of local festivals and is involved in not for profit and supporting local charities.

JMQ JAZZ ENSEMBLE Is presenting a special Pre-Father’s Day Show this Thursday. AUG 29 at 7pm, with an all-male line up.
 
You will experience Exquisite Guitar & Vocals from MATT KIRSCH ; outstanding Tenor Saxophone from AARON MICHAEL and a knock out band of Niko Schauble, 
Michael Harding, Tom Lee &  John Montesante.
 
This stellar evening is at the welcoming WATER RAT HOTEL, South Melbourne at 256 MORAY ST,(cnr Park St) SOUTH MELBOURNE. 3205. Award winning delicious 
meals and drinks are available all evening too.
 
Live Jazz with top Australian and International Jazz artists happens every week at the Rat and everyone is invited.
