The Halloween season is almost upon us and what better way to celebrate than at the spook-tacular Fitzroy Street Halloween Festival on Saturday 28 October on Fitzroy Street in St Kilda, featuring roving entertainment and fun-filled activities for everyone!

Set to be a thrilling afternoon, the Fitzroy Street Halloween Festival will run from 4pm to 7pm, right before St Kilda descends into darkness.

Celebrations will span along the entire length of Fitzroy Street, and will include an amazing mirror selfie booth, lurch, and more…

With special appearances from some of your favourite Halloween personalities, you might just turn a corner and bump into Morticia or Gomez from the Addams Family, or the creepy cast of Rocky Horror, as well as the one and only Dracula. All will be roaming the strip, but the community event isn’t all screams and scares.

There will be endless family friendly entertainment including stilt walkers, fire twirlers, and face painters that are ready to transform fresh faces. So, brush those fangs and take your cape to the drycleaners!

Media are all over this special event, with live interviews on-air

If you’re needing some treats alongside all of the tricks there will be plenty of food to feast on throughout the afternoon and into the night. The endless cafes, restaurants and bars along Fitzroy Street are guaranteed to calm your terror.

Many of the traders and stores along the famous Fitzroy Street strip will all be getting in on the action, by decorating their stores, and hosting some of our special guests, along with special discounts on the day.

The cauldron is brewing and Fitzroy Street is about to be transformed. From Halloween firsttimers, to veterans of the holiday – everyone is invited to join in on the festivities.

Even our friends at Classic Rock FM are talking about it!
