The Greek spirit is returning to Fairfield in 2026! After an incredible inaugural year in 2025—where the community turned out in record numbers to fill the Gillies Street car park despite the rain—we are thrilled to announce that we are doing it all again.
The energy last year was unforgettable, and for 2026, we’re taking things to a whole new level. We have a massive lineup of new additions and surprises in the works that we can’t wait to share with you over the coming months. Expect more authentic flavors, more live performances, and even more vibrant community energy.
