Our City, Our Sound is a tribute to the pioneers, the risk-takers, and the names that shaped Melbourne into one of the most unique dance music scenes in the world. Before the big stages, the viral moments, and the global recognition — there were packed clubs, underground raves, and DJs pushing a sound no one else understood yet.
This event is about honouring that legacy.
From the early nights that defined Melbourne bounce, to the evolution of a sound that travelled far beyond the city limits — we’re bringing it all together in one place. The legends, the next generation, and everyone in between.
Because this scene was never just music. It was community. It was identity. It was ours.
And now, it’s time to celebrate it properly.
One stage. One city. One sound.
