Tammy Haider’s voice has a distinct authenticity. Reaching into the subconscious, giving sound to experiences and emotional states that resonate at a cellular level. Haider is currently putting the finishing touches on her sophomore album, ‘Castrati Meow’. This new material marks a return to the simplicity of her creative roots. Amidst an unfiltered play of vocals and a nylon string guitar, with her characteristic candour and casual depth, Haider shares poetic musings on the glory and grit of human life. She will be joined by Amanda Kerr (Private Stash, Murphnick) and they will be previewing songs from ‘Castrati Meow’.
