NDIS Housing Options Webinar | Understanding Improved Liveability SDA

March 30 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

This webinar is about Improved Liveability Specialist Disability Accommodation-what it is, how you get this funded and what you need to know

The Housing Hub team is passionate about giving people with disability the knowledge they need so they can find the home that is right. With the NDIS there are new choices. Our team includes staff with lived experience who will share their expertise.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a house, apartment, or other types of home that has been designed for people who need a lot of support. The NDIS pays for people to live in SDA.
SDA includes special features that help people live as independently as possible.
If you have a sensory, intellectual or cognitive impairment then Improved Liveability SDA might be for you.
This webinar is for NDIS participants, their families, support coordinators and other disability sector professionals.

We will be covering:
-What is Specialist Disability Accommodation
-What are the features of an Improved Liveability SDA
-How to evidence gather for Improved Liveability SDA funding
-Case studies of people who have successfully gotten Improved Liveability SDA funding
