Declutter with Mindfulness Meditation

Learn the Life Changing Magical Art of Tidying. Using meditation and Mindfulness to develop your inner discernment for what things spark joy in your heart and to let go of what no longer serves with love and gratitude. This is a radically effective process to transform your relationship with your belongings through a once-in-a-lifetime tidying festival. Learning how to declutter is a skill anyone can develop regardless of whether or not the people you live with are on board.

Creating more order and spaciousness in your home can help you feel calmer, more peaceful, be more effective in your daily life and have greater freedom to discover and express your authentic self.

With gentleness and compassion you can learn from your clutter and gain valuable insights into your habits and beliefs whilst letting go of mental and emotional clutter too.
