15 Minutes of Calm: Free Guided Meditation

Gentle guided meditation to help you reconnect with your heart and a feeling of certainty.
No meditation experience needed 🙂

Listen to your heart… what is it telling you? Are you moving through the new year busyness with ease, or anxiety and frustration – maybe even anger? Whatever this time of year means to you, the common theme is [dis]STRESS.
The good news is, you can move through it with greater ease if you give yourself permission to let go, even for just a few minutes.
Join me in a guided meditation designed to support you during this busy time, help you reconnect with your heart, and find a sense of certainty.
We will be meeting via Zoom, but you’re welcome to leave your camera off.
The meditation will include:
* mantra chants
* gentle breathing exercises
* visualisation
* affirmations
It takes just 15 minutes, and is completely free. I hope you’ll join me… we all deserve the gift of calm.
