One bottle of each wine carefully checked for oxidation and faults, bottled using argon gas into 50ml glass bottles.
PREMIUM and SUPER-PREMIUM wines
The masterclass themes are put together with a STRONG EDUCATIONAL focus. Many are put together with WSET Diploma and Masters of Wine students in mind.
These masterclasses will have FULL NOTES on the themes put together by a specialist. They will include regional information, grape variety information and include winemaking and viticulture when they are available.
