On Sunday 25 November, food and wine lovers will be able to indulge in a four-hour extended lunch at the Dal Zotto Wine Lunch at The Barre.
Dal Zotto winemaker Michael Dal Zotto, together with The Barre’s Senior Chef de Partie Cecilia Salvante, have created a Sunday Feast inspired by Dal Zotto Italian wines. This lunch will pair Dal Zotto wines from their stunning winery in the heart of the King Valley with four courses from The Barre kitchen. Dishes include cured wild salmon, a 24-hour brined rack of lamb served with Dal Zotto 2018 Barbera, and for dessert a Cubo cassata served with a Dal Zotto 2015 Elena dessert wine. Michael will share his expert knowledge and passion for Dal Zotto wines alongside Cecilia, who will provide her inspiration behind the dishes over the course of lunch.
