TarraWarra Estate winemaker Clare Halloran and The Barre’s Senior Chef de Partie Cecilia Salvante have teamed up to create a Sunday Feast inspired by TarraWarra wines.
From their stunning winery in the coolness of the Yarra Valley, TarraWarra wines are perfectly paired with four courses from The Barre kitchen including dishes such as soy-marinated & braised beef short rib with pickled carrots & crushed pistachio served with sweet potato dhal & cucumber raita matched to TarraWarra Estate Pinot Noir, 2016 and TarraWarra Reserve Pinot Noir, 2015.
Clare will bring 20 years of expertise with TarraWarra Estate wines and share her valuable knowledge alongside Cecilia providing her inspiration for the dishes over the course of lunch.
