The cross-over of Rhythm and Blues by artists such as Chuck Berry and Fats Domino, played on ‘Black Music’ radio stations in the early and mid-50’s led to an explosion of excitement and cultural change among the youth in the USA.
TOMMY McEWAN brings an all Star Band to play the immortal sounds of Bill Haley, Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Little Richard,Jerry Lee Lewis and other pioneers of this music revolution.

Tommy MacEwan has been at the top of the Roots music scene in Australia since his first CD as Louis King was released in 1996. His original mix of Blues, Rock’N’Roll and Rockabilly songwriting style has been noted worldwide by luminaries such as the Rolling Stone magazine.His songs have been covered by international artists and included in the soundtrack of a Hollywood movie in conjunction with Australian television shows Packed to the Rafters and Underbelly.His band has been the featured support act for B.B King, Buddy Guy, Jimmie Vaughan and Screamin’ J Hawkins to name a few.
His song Short Short Skirts is currently in the top 16 Rockabilly,Rumble Original Song Contest.

Ezra Lee is a wild piano player from Australia, with an original style that’s steeped in rumbling boogie-woogie. He has shared the stage with many legends as well as being on the same bill as Jerry Lee Lewis.
Ezra Lee also opened for and backed The Queen Of Rockabilly, Wanda Jackson on her Australian tour.
