BMF joins forces with Crown Ruler and Research Records for a night exploring folk tradition and electronic experimentation. Italian trio Alfio Antico & Go Dugong expands the realm of folk music with their album La Macchia, which means the meeting point between past and future. Berlin-based Syrian composer Khaled Kurbeh maps migration and memory through classical piano and contemporary electronics. Melbourne’s Rafet returns after four years with ambient, jazz, and drone in his first live show since his release on Research Records. Ex Ponto on the decks between sets.
